Why we built this

When the family came together in Tobago in 2026, the thing that kept coming up in conversation after conversation was staying connected. Not letting that be the only time.

This site is our attempt at that. A place where the photos live, where the family history is written down, and where any one of us can come and see who is out there. Distance is not really the problem. Losing track of each other is.

Everyone is welcome here. Take a look around, and add whatever you can.

Two islands, one family

Barbadian roots, Trinidadian ground

The flags of Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago woven together with hibiscus blooms

Barbados

Where Pappy's line begins. The names, the church yards, the ground the family first stood on, and the reunion in 2005 that brought so many of us back.

Trinidad and Tobago

Where the family grew and gathered again in 2026. Buccoo, the boat rides, the shirts, the long tables. Another home for the same people.

Two flags, one bloodline. Wherever we settle next, the thread runs back through both islands.

Help us hold on to our history

Every photograph here is kept at full quality, backed up in more than one place, and hosted so any Prescod anywhere can open it. Those costs are real, and they come around every year. If you are able to pour something back in, you are keeping this open for the ones coming after us.

Payment details are kept inside the family area, for family only.

Completely optional. Nobody is keeping a list, and nothing here will ever be put behind a paywall.

Our Legacy

A family rooted in memory, growing forward

We are the family of William Alexander “Pappy” Prescod, and this is our place to keep what we already carry. The photographs on somebody’s phone, the stories told again every time we sit down together, the names of the places we come from. All of it lives here so nobody has to go searching for it later.

If you have something to add, or you want this said in your own words, that is exactly the point. This page is meant to grow with us.

A toast by the water in Tobago
  • Connection

Cousins who only meet at reunions should still know each other's names. This keeps us in reach.

  • Remembrance

The faces, the places, the sayings we repeat without thinking. We hold on to them here.

  • Continuity

Whatever we gather now belongs to the children and grandchildren coming up behind us.

Milestones

Gatherings across the years

  1. Barbados 2005

The photos and the stories from that trip belong here. Send yours.

  2. Tobago 2026

Details will be added by the family as they are settled.

  3. Future Gatherings

Held open for the reunions still ahead of us.

Victor

Victor pulled this reunion together: the planning, the calls, the details nobody else saw. The days in these photographs happened because he made room for them. The family says thank you.

Barbados 2005

Honoring the gatherings behind us as we prepare for the ones ahead

Barbados in 2005 is where a good many of these faces last stood together. We keep those days close, not out of nostalgia alone, but because every reunion still to come is built on the one before it.

  • Greeting one another in the yard
  • Words to the family at the microphone
  • Gathering outside before the program
  • Reunion shirt and a wide smile
  • Trudy Pearson at the 2005 reunion
  • Poolside portrait

More photographs from 2005 are in the family gallery, which family members can open after signing in. If you have some of your own, they belong here too.

The Hub is invite-only. Family members request access, an admin approves it, and from there you can add photographs and keep up with what is happening next. Nothing you share appears publicly until an admin approves it. If this is your first time, choose "Create your account" below to request access.
